Comes installed with Forged Wiseco Piston and a Ported and Polished Head for added Performance.

All you have to do is transfer your carb and re-jet/re-tune it.

The engine must be cleaned prior to shipping.

Specifications: 

• Wiseco Forged Piston and Rings (Made in USA).
• Cylinder Sleeve bored to 66mm.
• Brand New Engine and Transmission
• 5 Speed Transmission
• Ported & Polish head, valve work, and combustion chamber work, increase air flow (flow bench tested)
• Brand New Starter
• Black out finish

Crate engine only does not include anything else.

NOTE: 212cc Zongshen engines are intended for high performance or racing application. Fine tuning is highly recommended to achieve the best performance and results. 

For core engines, only the engine is needed to be shipped back. Remove your carburetor, manifold, exhaust, and any aftermarket parts you have on your original ZS190 engine, i.e. aftermarket plugs, aftermarket oil dipsticks, NGK coil, and wire, etc.

*** It's a required procedure to drill the engine mounting holes from 8mm  to 10mm for ALL engine swap mounts, such as the Chimera ZS190 Engine swap mount for Grom, Razkull, and Z125pro. Chassis that directly accepts this engine will use the 8mm holes, such as the Kymco K-Pipe and Madass 125. ***
